All 3 things were delicious!! After trying di Beppe, Ask for Luigi and Mercato di Luigi we had to add their cousin Farina a Legna to the list as well and it did not disappoint, highly recommend!! ”

“ Cute Italian place in Lower Lonsdale. We’ve passed by here several times and it’s always been very busy at dinner time, so we decided to stop here for dinner when I was craving Italian. I absolutely adore the interior, as you can tell a lot of thought went into the decor. We came during happy hour which was a pleasant surprise for us, and the restaurant began to fill up a little while after we sat down. The staff were very helpful with their recommendations, and gave us pleasant conversation. We ordered the two crostinis on the happy hour menu (both were fantastic), the calabrian chili pomodoro mussels, and the ragu di manzo and prosciutto & arugula pizza to share. The pasta and the appetizers were excellent, the pizza left something to be desired. Overall, it was a great Italian dinner! ”

“ Not a bad little Italian pizza/pasta spot. The food was quite nice, the waitress was nice and polite enough but we waited a good 5mins with no exaggeration, for her to seat us when we were only the pair after the family of five already seated. She was great in letting us know that there might be some delay with our food as another family and a solo gentleman arrived not long after us. As I mentioned the food was quite good and it’s definitely a draw card. The wood fired breakfast pizza is one I’d definitely put on my list of ‘to try’. The design and decor of the establishment was quirky and appealing. It was nice to view the kitchen with the wood fire pizza oven going. The bench seat was very comfortable and it wasn't overcrowded. The bathroom was spotless, I was obviously the first to go in for the day. The couple of small issues I had was. I wasn’t finished my drink, which was tiny to start will, 100ml, before it was whisked away, which I admit I was quite pissed off about, as I was quite enjoying it. The other small issues was there was dried coffee spill under the table next to us, which had obviously been there from the day before at least, to have had time to dry that well. But overall smallish issues and I’d definitely try this little restaurant again. ”
